After completing her apprenticeship and working at some of the top restaurants in Sydney, Aymee moved to Melbourne to complete a diploma of confectionery manufacturing. She began working at Koko Black and it was here that her passion for chocolate bloomed.
Returning to her roots in the Hunter Valley, Aymee began Cocoa Nib to share her love of quality ingredients, mouthwatering flavour combinations and that little spark of something fun.
Using only the finest French couverture chocolate, Cocoa Nib's award-winning chocolates are freshly handmade in small batches and preservative free.
